Buried (2017) is a comedic short film, and parodic-homage to the Ryan Reynolds film Buried. A man finds himself buried in a coffin with "limited" supplies and communication. He must discover the shocking truth to his location before it's too late.
Starring Jozef Zekanoski
I am proud of the way that this film turned out. It started as a parody to Buried but as Jozef and I brainstormed ideas for this film, it became a short of its own. The set design is especially interesting as the look of a coffin was achieved by shifting the drawers from a chest of drawers placed on their sides to mimic the inside walls of a coffin. A similar technique was used in the real Buried film as well.
Buried (2017) was featured at the Prescott Film Festival for the Through Your Eyes Student Competition in the Summer of 2018.
